Whiteland Comprehensive Plan

Located south of Indianapolis, Whiteland has historically been a small, agricultural community in the heart of America’s breadbasket. A Town with a traditional Main Street and quiet residential streets has found itself being absorbed into the Indianapolis Metro Area. Exploding in population and experiencing major changes, the Town applied for and won an OCRA grant to create a new Comprehensive Plan that aims to identify and mitigate ongoing challenges while working to fulfil opportunities that enhance the quality of life for its current and future residents. We worked with the Town of Whiteland over the course of eight months in creating a new Comprehensive Plan for this small, but growing Town,. The plan was adopted in March 2024.
