Nestled among forests and fields in southeastern Indiana, Moores Hill is a small, charming town increasingly influenced by its proximity to the Cincinnati Metro Area, just an hour away from downtown Cincinnati. Recognizing the potential opportunities that this growth presents, the Town secured a grant from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) to develop a new Comprehensive Plan. Starting in September of 2024, our team worked closely with Town officials and community members to ensure the Plan captures the community’s vision—focusing on growth that respects Moores Hill’s unique character, design, and strong sense of community. Recently, the Moores Hill Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Town Council in July 2025.
